what does an insomniac do at 2am?

So, it's 2:00 am and of course I can't sleep, so what am I doing?  Making a playlist for the gym....Adding things to a grocery list......And writing a blog about it all of course.

This one will be short and sweet, I am going to give you a list of my songs.  It's not just a 'one workout' playlist, I just want to have some variety.

Yes people, I will be bustin' a move this week.  And, I told you -- Lady Gaga is becoming my BFF while working out.
