oh girl...let me tell you.

Playlist music = fantastic at the gym.  H-e-l-l-o -- Britney Spears Womanizer.  Your beats per minute kicked my ass into HIGH gear...and It's My Life drove me that little extra hhmph.  It's amazing how much better I feel.  I'm starting to love it, yes, I said it again.

I promise that I will write about it ev-er-ry-day once I get it.  Promise. 

I started to do a little extra stuff while working out.  I figured, it's great that I started on the elliptical, and I will keep building that as a majority of my work out...but, I kind of freaked myself out with the pictures I posted yesterday of the flab-ster arms and torso.  I am doing crunches, leg work outs and I started doing a standing up form of push ups.  You know, just a little bit at a time.  50 crunches, 5-reps of 10, same with the legs and I can only do 2 reps of 10 push ups before my arms scream 'hell no, bitch.'  One step at a time. 

So, I've set a new, semi-[and this one is going to be one of my hardest so far] attainable goal.   I absolutely, positively have to stop eating after 9pm.  Now, the reason that this is hard for me is because I work until 9pm and then go to the gym.  My meal times are so screwed up because of this schedule.  Don't get me wrong, I love this schedule, because I am not an early-risers [another reason that I need the Jawbone-Up, umm, correcting my unhealthy sleeping pattern due to being sans gallbladder, yes - please], but I need to be better at it.

So, I've got a goal to work on and I'm getting better at what I am doing.  Oh, and I want to make this SO bad.
